Winter scaries are real, so I’m fully leaning into hibernate mode right now. Less pressure, more cozy routines, and little things that help future me feel good when summer eventually shows up. This week’s Friday Faves is all about self-care, wellness, and realistic fitness things.
Speaking of hibernating… I just binge-watched Heated Rivalry and His & Hers, and wow. They were so good we finished both in about a week. I swear we’re in such a good era for TV right now. What should I watch next? Please reply with your recs because I trust you more than my algorithm.
