These Kitchen Tools Do All the Work 😌

Hiiii happy Friday!

This week’s Friday Faves is all about my Top 5 Kitchen Tools lately! The ones that live on my counter, get used nonstop, and somehow make cooking feel easier, faster, and way less chaotic. If you’ve made my recipes before, you’ve definitely seen these in action.

Also… I’m officially in my ramen era 🍜 I don’t know what happened, but I cannot stop making cozy, brothy bowls lately. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend my Spicy Ramen and Birria Ramen recipes.

Between my recent ramen obsession and all the cozy cooking lately, I've fully leaned into comforting, simple staples... and rice has been very present. It's affordable, versatile, and always hits. So this week's Recipe Faves From My Friends is a roundup of simple, comforting rice recipes you'll want to make on repeat:

Top 5 Kitchen Tools

  1. Air Fryer - I use my air fryer constantly because it gives you that perfect crispy texture with way less oil than deep frying (and way faster than the oven). It's my go-to for easy weeknight dinners and quick proteins. Some favorites: Parmesan Potatoes, Bang Bang Chicken Skewers, and Chicken Cutlets.
  2. Oil Sprayer - This little upgrade makes a big difference. It helps you use just the right amount of oil and coats everything easily without using aerosols.
  3. Sheet Pan - This sheet pan baked evenly, never warps, and the nonstick surface means easy cleanup. I use it for everything from cookies to simple dinners like my Gochujang Chicken Thighs and Chicken & Cauliflower.
  4. Frother - I reach for this every single day to make my matcha (this is my favorite matcha)! This one gets that perfect frothy consistency every time. It's a bite of a splurge, but so worth it.
  5. Dutch Oven - This is an absolute essential during the colder months. This is what I grab for cozy, slow-simmered meals and brothy comfort bowls. On repeat lately: Chicken Pastina Soup, Lemon Orzo Chicken Soup, and White Chicken Chili.
