Hii happy Friday! โ We got back from Maine early this week so I was playing a lot of catch up with work, I'm working on a travel blog post from our trip so keep an eye out for that if you've been wanting to visit Maine! And I had a partnership to film with one of my dream brands that I've loved for years! You'll have to stay tuned onInstagram to see who it is!! โ This weekend I'm having a small "baby shower" brunch with my New Jersey girls at one of my favorite restaurants. I'm so excited to get together with my girlfriends, but other than that we're having a pretty lowkey weekend. โ We just finished watching beef, if you watched the new season...what did you think? Shane really liked it but I thought it was kind of weird.
And now for this weekโs Friday Faves! I rounded up some of my favorite kitchen finds at every price point: under $15, under $50, and a few things that are definitely a splurge but SO worth it.
โ
โจ Under $15
โDigital Meat Thermometer- This is one of those kitchen tools everyone should have, and itโs on sale for under $15 right now! I use a meat thermometer ALL the time for chicken, steak, salmon, and basically anything I donโt want to cut into 10 times to see if itโs done.
โOil Sprayer - This is easily one of my most-used kitchen tools! I fill it with my favorite olive oil and use it for everything from air fryer recipes to roasting veggies. It gives you that perfect light, even spray without constantly buying cans of cooking spray.
โShrimp Deveiner Tool - If you cook shrimp as much as I do, this little tool is SO worth having. It makes peeling and deveining shrimp way faster (and way less annoying ๐)
โจ Under $50
โAnthro-Inspired Pasta Bowls - One of my favorite ways to make a random weeknight dinner feel a little more elevated? Put it in a cute bowl. These Anthro-inspired pasta bowls look SO much more expensive than they are, and I use them for everything from pasta and rice bowls to salads.
โRotary Cheese Grater - Freshly grated cheese makes everything better, and I will stand by that. This makes grating a big pile of cheese SO much faster and easier.
โCast Iron Skillet - Proof that good cookware doesnโt have to be expensive! This skillet comes pre-seasoned and itโs one of those pans you can keep basically forever. I love cast iron for getting the perfect sear on steak and chicken.
โจ Worth the Splurge
โMilk Frother - Another splurge that lives on my counter and gets used ALL the time. I use this for my matcha almost every day, and it makes the creamiest, frothiest milk.
โSalt & Pepper Grinder - This is definitely a splurge, but I reach for it every single day and it genuinely brings me joy. ๐ It lives on my counter, looks so cute, and is one of those little kitchen luxuries that makes cooking more fun.
โGlass Basket Air Fryer - If you've been here for a while, you know my air fryer gets a lot of use. I love my new one because it has a glass basket, so you can actually see your food while it cooks, and thereโs no nonstick coating to worry about.
โจ Recipe Faves From My Friends
Itโs August, itโs hot, and turning on the oven sounds like a problem for another day. These recipes from my friends require zero cooking and are perfect for an easy lunch, snack, or side!
