Monday

Southwest Steak Bowl

If you don’t want to use steak, change up the protein! Ground beef, honey balsamic chicken, carne asada, pork, or even blackened shrimp all work perfectly in this recipe.

Tuesday

Grilled Tajin Chicken Bowl

I love laying all the ingredients right over the arugula for this one. But if you prefer, you can toss everything together in one big bowl for an easy, flavor-packed mix.

Wednesday

Egg Roll in a Bowl

Want to save on dishes? This recipe can be cooked in just one pan! Simply cook the chicken first, set it aside, and then use the same pan for the veggies and sauce.

Thursday

Street Corn Chicken Rice Bowl

Jasmine rice is my go-to for rice bowls, but you can swap in white rice, brown rice, or even cauliflower rice for a lighter option. Quinoa is another great substitute—it’s packed with fiber

Saturday

Burger Bowl

Switch up your protein to keep things fun—use ground bison for a hearty option, or go lighter with ground turkey or chicken.

I like to serve my burger bowls over lettuce, but any greens work as the base. You can even turn it into a rice bowl if you’re craving something extra filling!

Friday

Copycat Chick Fil A Chicken Tortilla Soup

The best part about this tortilla soup is how customizable it is—you can load up your bowl with toppings to make it your own!

Tips of the Week:

🍳 My go-to cast iron skillet for ground beef. It comes already seasoned (so you can use it right away), and it’s oven safe up to 900°F.

🥩 For perfectly cooked ground beef, follow the instructions in my How To Brown Ground Beef post.

🥣 If your bowl collection could use an upgrade, I’ve been loving this set. They're big enough for rice bowls, pasta, and salad. Plus, these bowls are dishwasher and microwave safe.

🥢 This wok is my go-to for stir-fry style recipes like Egg Roll in a Bowl. It's super durable and heats evenly.
